Returns & Refund Policy

We want to make sure you’re ready for game day. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hooperjersey@gmail.com.

  • Process: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong jersey, contact us immediately at hooperjersey@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items & Custom Orders

To maintain the quality of our collection, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Customized Products: Jerseys with custom names, numbers, or specific personalizations cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error.

  • Sale Items: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the size or style you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still meet our standard return conditions (unworn, with tags, and in original packaging).

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please keep in mind it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at hooperjersey@gmail.com.
