At HooperJerseys, we strive to get your gear to you as quickly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process and estimated delivery timelines.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer Free Shipping on all orders.

Estimated total time from order placement to delivery is typically 7–12 business days.
3. Customized Jerseys
Please note that customized jerseys (items with custom names and numbers) require extra preparation time.

Customization adds approximately 3–5 business days to the standard processing time.

The delivery estimates shown at checkout will update automatically to reflect this extra time if a custom item is in your cart.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
HooperJerseys is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us at hooperjersey@gmail.com immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.
